Meet Salt & Pepper and pretty soon Spice Girl these are our sows that we breed to our boar ~ Andrew Boarous Berry!  Salt and Pepper are great moms and take great care of their babies! 

After mom is done tending to them their second mom and dad tend to them  (US!) for approximately  6 months to where they grow to an average size of 210 pounds hanging weight.  The pork is high in demand and goes quickly.  In order to be guaranteed a side or whole pork please pre order your selection on our order form. 

 From a side of pork you get  ~  pork chops, pork roast, chine end roast, butt roast, spareribs, bacon, hams, ham steaks, and sausage.  All of the fresh items come labeled, vacuumed sealed, and flash frozen ready for your freezer!  The sausage is made fresh the day of pick up, and you can choose from links or ground. The flavors we offer are Regular Italian or Hot Italian or ground pork.  Hams are sugar cured and then smoked.  Smoking and sausage  making is a nominal additional charge.
