These are a pre order item and then are grown for you.  These birds are of high quality, meaty and moist.  They are grown on a monthly basis from June to November.  They   dress about 5~6 pounds per bird.  When you receive them they are fresh not frozen.  When ordering they are ordered by whole birds but can be cut in different ways.
